The Mad Hatter Music Student Portal

At certain times throughout the year, Mad Hatter Music students may have the opportunity to be photographed or filmed and have their images used for a variety of different mediums, including but not limited to

• Email newsletters 
• Social media posts (Instagram, Google, Facebook)
• Print and/or digital marketing materials for Mad Hatter Music School (such as flyers, the school website and other digital marketing platforms such as Facebook advertisements)
• Educational and training purposes for staff within the school

We may also use these images to promote the school in newspapers and other media.

Photographs may be taken by teachers, other staff and photographers engaged by the school.

If student images are to be used for any other purposes not listed above, we will seek individual consent from you. This consent form will remain in force for the duration of your child’s enrolment at Mad Hatter Music.
